Anyone who knows how we work at Kingsbridge – whether you’re a customer, a partner, or an employee – knows that we put customer service at the forefront of everything we do. We’ve been looking after contractors and freelancers for over a decade now, and from our first day we made sure to make sure that the customer is always number one.
It’s always been our goal to move beyond the purchase of insurance as an annual transaction and little more. We’re here to help with the smaller questions and pieces of advice, the queries that often go unanswered. Whether you’re making the move from permanent employment to contracting or have been working for yourself for many years, we’re here to help.
We’ve been working with the customer review platform Feefo for a number of years now. As a public reflection of our service standards and as a way of aggregating our performance there are few better tools. Customers are able to review our service quickly and simply. In turn, we’re able to see what we’ve done right and, crucially, where we’ve gone wrong. It allows us to improve and adapt all the time.
We were delighted to receive, for the third year in a row, Feefo’s prestigious Gold Trusted Service award, an accolade we were awarded for maintaining a consistently high feedback score across a large number of reviews. We have no intention of resting on our laurels though. Our main goal for 2018 is to get those scores even higher and even more consistent as our business continues to grow.
