The Kingsbridge team is constantly growing. Regular readers of the blog will know that it was only around a year ago that we doubled the size of our HQ to accommodate more team members. Whilst we’re not bursting at the seams again quite yet, it probably won’t be too long before we outgrow our new surroundings too. With that in mind, we thought we’d start giving you a peek behind-the-scenes every now and then, introducing a few of our new additions.
Today we’re saying hello to Shaun Poole. Shaun has been a member of the Customer Service team at Kingsbridge for almost 4 years now, and is about to make the move over to our Business Development team. Known as ‘BD’s’ in and around the office, Shaun and his colleagues build and maintain relationships with a number of our key partners, all of whom are integral to the success of Kingsbridge.
Andy Robinson, Kingsbridge’s Head of Business Development and Shaun’s new boss, was effusive in his praise: “Shaun has all the qualities we look for. Our recruitment process is often exhaustive, but sometimes it pays to look a little closer to home. Some of our most successful and highly-regarded BD’s have made the journey over from Customer Service and we’re looking forward to seeing Shaun follow a similar path.”
Stuart Bell, Kingsbridge’s Head of Customer Service and Shaun’s previous boss, is sad to see his old charge depart: “Shaun will be much missed on my side of the table. Despite that, I strongly believe he’ll go from strength-to-strength in his new role. Shaun’s knowledge of Kingsbridge, its customers, and its partner network is second-to-none. I expect him to thrive.”
Shaun himself is looking forward to the challenge: “It’s an opportunity I couldn’t say no to. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time on the Customer Service team but I’m excited about moving across. Kingsbridge is a great place to work and I’m delighted to be embarking on the next step of my career here.”
